El Sr. Jerome Adams, «Surgeon General» de los EE. UU enseña en 45 segundos a hacer una mascarilla, tapabocas o barbijo suficiente para no infectar a  otras personas si se actúa con prudencia y cumpliendo con las restantes medidas adecuadas a la ocasión.

De su trabajo dice Wikipedia:
The surgeon general of the United States is the operational head of the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps (PHSCC) and thus the leading spokesperson on matters of public health in the federal government of the United States.
The Surgeon General oversees the U.S. Public Health Service (USPHS) Commissioned Corps, an elite group of over 6,000 uniformed officers who are public health professionals. The USPHS mission is to protect, promote, and advance the health of our nation.

Es el vigésimo en la historia de EE.UU. Debe ser Doctor en Medicina y la Ley le otorga el título de Vicealmirante y el tratamiento de Honorable. Y no se le caen los anillos por enseñar a hacer una mascarilla improvisada.
